Royal Ambulance Introduces New Critical Care Transport Program

San Leandro, CA, June 20, 2008—The launch of Royal Ambulance’s Critical Care Transport Program (C.C.T) was announced today as a new addition to their growing list of services and benefits that they provide.

"The C.C.T division was a direct response to the community and our clients, because we are constantly striving to address their needs " said Steve Grau, Owner and Founder of Royal Ambulance, " we are focused on maintaining the same great service they have grown to appreciate, exemplifying on time performance, reliability, consistency and the utmost care”.

The goal of the new Critical Care program is to safely transport sick patients in a manner that gives them the best chance for survival. This is done by decreasing any potential risks and continuing their complicated care while en route to their designated location. At the heart of this service is a top of the line, customized vehicle that accommodates up to six health care professionals inside the cabin, and is equipped with specialized electrical power and multiple redundant systems needed to run advanced life support equipment. The brand name equipment aboard the vehicle includes Welch Allen Monitors, Dreager vents and Solaris Minimed pumps, some of the highest rated and most advanced equipment in the industry.

In addition to the extremely sophisticated equipment onboard the vehicle, Royal Ambulance’s patients will have the benefit of advanced life support professionals, working together as a team. The EMT’s have all been certified and specialty trained for Critical Care Transport. The nurses have all received 5+ years of ER/ICU experience, and have ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CEN. All of our team members have had extensive experience with Alameda County Hospital settings, and are professional, friendly, confident and knowledgeable.
