As I look at the growth of Royal Ambulance since our inception, I am extremely proud of what we have achieved, and even more excited about our outlook for an equally promising future. I truly believe one of the primary reasons for this success has been our passion and commitment to quality and our community.
An integral part of this is our “feel good” mindset. Why do we pursue EMS, healthcare and public service? The underlying force behind this drive is to feel good. And what makes us feel good? Helping others and knowing that our actions have made someone else’s life better. Here at Royal this is built into everything we do and our “feel good” approach applies to everyone, our customers, patients and employees. Our employees feel good when they help our patients feel better. Our customers feel good when their patients are tended to with care and compassion. And most importantly, our patients feel good when they are taken care of “Royally”, with the utmost courtesy, respect and professionalism.
We at Royal Ambulance realize the importance of meeting and exceeding not only our community's expectations, but our own expectations as well, and ensuring that everyone involved in our organization “feels good” is the ultimate reward. As the founder, I am whole heartedly committed to guarantying that these fundamental principles are upheld in everything that we do as an organization and as part of the EMS community. This is my motivation and my energies will remain dedicated to it.
